What’s cookin’ Chicks n’ Chucks? Hope you all had a swell Thankgivin’! I spent some hefty ticks of the clock with my brood and nearly froze my giblets off! With Christmas comin’ along all quik-like I’m guessin’ you cats spent Black Friday snaggin’ a whole mess of pricey nick-nacks for yours truly….I appreciate it like no-bodies biz but really….Your undying love and devotion is gift enough!! Alright…lend an ear and I’ll fill it with all the news I can muster, mister.
I just recently added some newness to the Mr. Retro site….and lookie there, just in time for all you he-elves and she-elves to make with the holiday shoppin’! Be sure and eyeball the 3rd and final Derek Mini-Serigraph set ( great for stuffin the stockins’ ) and don’t miss the VERY limited edition “Shore Leave” print….Only a fistful of these left.( peep it below)
And dig this…another super swank new 3-D Acryl-O-Graph has been added!! Yeee-Haww! She’s a real beaut! And, lastly….I’m selling 15 signed Tiki Mug Books… there’s a whole heap of my tiki mugs in the book as well as several illustrations and as if that ain’t enough…to sweeten the deal I’ve tucked betwixt the pages of each one an original full color sketch torn from the pages of my personal sketchbook! I’ve added a few below for ya’ to eyeball…..GO!
In other DerekNews…I’ve been slingin’ paint like a wild ape tryin’ to get ready for my upcoming solo gallery show at the fabulous Harold Golen Gallery in Miami. The show opens the night of February 13th and I’ll be makin’ the scene so drop in and say “howdy” …Looks like when she’s all said and donesville I’ll have 8 brand new original pieces for the show….I’ve added shots of 5 paintings as well as a way-out hand-painted bongo drum for ya’ to ogle!
