Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled any time prior to fulfillment. Contact us for cancellations at derek@derekart.com.

Returns and Refunds

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after the date of purchase to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Acrylographs are fully non-refundable as they are custom, made to order items.

To return merchandise you purchased from us, you must first contact us to obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once you receive your RMA number, ship your return to: DerekArt, 195 Locust St NE, Atlanta, GA 30317. Include with the returned merchandise your reason for return or exchange and your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on your order invoice. 

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges, unless otherwise instructed by DerekArt. Please use a shipping company that can track packages, as DerekArt is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt of item, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
