Refund policy
Returns will be only be accepted for 15 days after the date of purchase and only in new condition for all items except Acrylographs which are fully non-refundable.
To return merchandise you purchased from us, you must first contact us to obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you receive your RMA number, ship your return to: DerekArt, 195 Locust St NE, Atlanta, GA 30317. Include with the returned merchandise your reason for return or exchange and your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on your order invoice.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges, unless otherwise instructed by DerekArt. Please use a shipping company that can track packages, as DerekArt is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.
Once your merchandise has arrived and been processed, a credit will be applied to your credit card or new/replacement merchandise will be shipped.
